Cheryl Galassini Harre attended Kaskaskia College from 1983-85 and was a three sport athlete in tennis, softball and basketball.  In 1984, Cheryl was a member of the Blue Angels Tennis team which placed 3rd at the Lincoln Land Invitational and 4th at the Region 24 Tournament. 

Cheryl also won her individual Region 24 flight and was selected to the Region 24 all-Tournament First team.  The 1985 Blue Angel Tennis team had an exceptional year placing 2nd in the Region 24 Tournament with a score of 13-11 and qualified for the National Tournament. 

Cheryl was also a pitcher and played outfield for the 1984 Blue Angels Softball team which broke a school record with twenty nine runs in one game against Lincoln Trail.  The team also advanced to the state softball finals that year.
