The KC men's  cross country team open the season at the Walt Crawford Classic. The team was lead by Scott Isley (Teutopolis) covering the 8K distance in 32 minutes and 8 seconds, he was followed by Anthony Detmer (Avistion), next was Conner Brooks (Salem). The number 4 counter was Fred Dickerson (Salem) and number 5 was Ryan Hargis (Centralia).
