The Blue Devils traveled to Dectaur for the H.G. Wright Invitional hosted by Millikin University. The Kaskaskia men were able to placed 7th in the meet. They were lead by Hayden Wimberly of Salem, he covered the 8K hilly course in 27:54, he was folowed by high school team Dawson Webster in a time of 28:47. Nathaniel Blevins of Mt. Vernon was the 3rd counter in a time of 30:37, next in line was Kevin Medlin of Aviston in a time of 31:58. Connor Brooks of Salem was the number 5 counter in a time of 32:16. Conner Stewart of Coulterville was next in line with a time of 37:18. "We had not raced in almost two weeks and after several good days of work outs, the guys were ready to race and step up to the challenge, this course was rough with a big hill that had to be climbed 3 times" Coach Hargis. To quote Conner Stewart, "this was a monster course!"
