Sophomore Blue Angel soccer player, Morgan Scruggs of Fortville, Indiana has been named 1st Team All-Region 24. The forward scored 15 goals and had 4 assists for a total of 34 points for the 2019-20 season.
KC head coach Joe Basch says, "Morgan is very deserving of being named 1st team all-region 24. She was consistent force for us on offense this season. Her ability to take defenders on with the ball at her feet was second to none. She was not only a scorer but she also helped set up opportunities for her teammates to score as well."
Scruggs is pursuing a degree in Nursing and is currently being recruited by several universities.
