Kaskaskia College held its Annual Athletic Awards Night on May 6 and awards were presented to student athletes for outstanding achievement in athletics.
Student athletes honored for volleyball include: Jenna Ratermann (Breese) - Most Valuable Player, Serving Award, All Conference, and All Region 24 Team; Sami Matthews (Fairfield) - Defense Award, All Conference, and All Region 24 Team; Megan Deimeke (Aviston) - Offense Award; Derika Moore (Fairview Heights) - All Conference and All Region 24 Team, and Sarah Beth Wiegman (Pocahontas) - Blue Angel Award.
