The Blue Angles competed in the 10 team invitational hosted by University of Evansville, The 5K course was raced at the Angel Mounds Historic Site located south of Evansville near the Ohio River. The Angels were lead by Emma File (New Athens) in a time of 26:39, she was followed by Shayln Crane (Mt Vernon), next in line was Maykala Moore (Mt Vernon) and Hailey Paulson (Centralia). The Blue Angels will travel to Eastern Illinois Unversity to open the NJCAA post season. The Region 24 meet will be held October 26th with a 3 o'clock start time.
