What a day for the Blue Angels! With several season best times and a gutsy perfomance by Cheyenne Finley, the Blue Angels were a solid 12th out of 16 full teams. Finley placed 28th and covered the 5K distance in a KC best ever time of 19 minutes and 44 seconds. The Blue Angels numbers 2 through 5 racers had season best times. Elyse Faust contines to improve crossing the line in 21 minutes and 32 minutes. With her best race of the year Gracee Kelly ran a tough 22 minutes flat, 29 seconds behind her was Mya Albers, Brittnie Bartling held down the final counter in a season best time of 23 minutes and 13 seconds. Breann Wernle was next across the line in 23 minutes and 39 seconds. Jaylyn Raye Bower after battling illness all week finished the race in 25 minutes and 15 seconds.
