Christian is one of the top atheletes to come out of Steeleville High School. He was a 3 time IHSA state quailifer in cross country, 2 times Kaskaskia Division cross country champion of the Cahokia Conference. He earned All South honors in cross country. He was a IHSA state qualifier in the 4x400 and quailifer in the 1600 meters. Conference champion in the 800 meters and earn All South in the 800 meters. Christian holds the school records in the 800 meters, and high jump. He is also a member of the 4x100, 4x400, and 4x800 relay teams that hold the Steeleville school records. Only person in school history to compete in 6 state finals. Team accolades include 4 times Kaskaskia Division of the Cahokia cross country conference champions, 2 time Kaskaskia Division track conference championship teams. On the basketaball court he was a member of the Steeleville team that finished 4th place at the IHSA State Championships. His favorite food is Mexican and favorite music is country. Christian's favorite moive is The Giants Return to Earth and his favorite country group is The Frogs.
