Savannah is 2018 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School. She was an outstanding member of the cross country team. Savannah was All South 2nd team her freshman and sophomore years, 1st team All South her junior and senior years in cross country and All Confernce her junior and senior years. She was also a 4 year member of the basketball team and 2 years on the track team. Childers was a member the first KC Blue Angels NJCAA Region 24 championship team and earned All Region 24 honors. She was the Blue Angels Most Improved Runner in 2018.  Savannah favorite food is steak with onions and mushrooms and her favorite music is Neil Diamond.
