The next 3 Blue Angels were in the 23 minute range for 5K with Maggie at 23:01, Cayla :38 and Mya :41 and Macie was almost in the 23 minute range at 24:01. "The Angles continue to work hard, today was tough both phyically and mentally. There are always going to be struggles and its how you repsond to those struggles is what makes you tougher both as a racer and a person. You just have to keep putting in the work and believe in yourself. Watching Megan and Summer work together to get to the front of the race and then to battle to maintain postion is what we need from our front runners. The middle group is starting to improve as Margaret and K are working to drop their times and Maya is getting back into racing shape."
