The start time was moved from 4 pm to 5:10 due to the rains. With the men race starting 10 minutes later, this made for a very interesting race to view. The course loops around the greens and through the fairways of the Hillsboro Country Club. Macey Lentz put together her best race of the year covering the 5K distance in a personal best time of 22:24, right behind her was Raelyn Dearing in her season best time of 22:32 and then with her  personal best time was Grace Lauer. Brooklynn McAllister had her season best time of 24:09, as did Gracee Kelly in 24:40. Simone Liefer was sideline with a knee issue for this race. "Its fun to watch these ladies improve each week, Mace, Rae, and Grace are working hard together, with Brooklynn improving each week. Miss Kelly is battling each week to get better. These ladies are putting in the work during the week and the results are showing up on race day, that is all you can ask."
